Try Gmail by copying your AOL email and address book

Import AOL Messages and Gmail Contacts
To import almost all emails and your address book into AOL Gmail:

Copy all the messages you want to import into the Sent Mail and Spam baskets to a folder called AOL Mail, AOL Mail Saved Mail or another custom folder .
Click the star to change Gmail .
From the Output menu, select Settings.
Select the Accounts and Imports tab.
Click Import mail and contacts. If you have already imported mail, click Import to another address .
